PROFITS

We project a total revenue of $1,450,000 will occur in the first year of business activities with an initial investment of $1.4 million. With the multi-faceted marketing strategy targeting a demographic wanting much more than the typical downtown bars, this will yield increased sales in the subsequent years of business activities. We expect investors to begin collecting their preferred returns in the third year of operation after recouping their investment.

A full business plan with projected financials and estimated opening costs is available upon request.

“It was important to me that we have live music at The Arcade. For a project so intrinsically tied to downtown Nashville’s history, I wanted someone who’s venue would harken back to the classic honky tonk era but with an eclectic musical offering. Daniel was the first and only call I made. It’ll be a perfect compliment to the rest of the premium consumer experience at The Arcade and a very authentic Nashville spot.”
